I'm Artoghrul Azimbayov — an industrial engineer and continuous-improvement (CI) project manager. I built my career on production planning and operational excellence: capacity calculation, OEE analysis, line balancing, and data-driven KPI systems. Everything I sell or teach has first been tested on a real factory floor, with real operators — practical, not theoretical.
I lead a continuous-improvement transformation across 330 employees at a steel pipe plant — Gemba Walk, 5S, Kaizen, OEE and RCA.
Years of manufacturing experience — capacity calculations, bottleneck analysis, tracking planned vs. actual variance, running Gemba Walks and 5S rollouts, and implementing ergonomic measures.
MBA in Project Management (UNEC) and a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering (Atatürk University, Turkey).
